Today I got out an interesting illustrative book, 'Eggy Cute' I think this type of illustrative drawing would be an appropriate style for the James and and the giant peach design.
Blow are a few pages I have scanned in.
I like the colour pallet of this illustration and the cut of paper creates a nice collage effect.
