Another main theme of the story is time and consequence. With the Witches plan all the children in England are supposed to turn in to mice at 9:00. So the two main characters in the book set an alarm clock to make sure they spoil the plan in time.
Again I have tried to draw the clock in the same style as the others and applied similar bright colours to develop a look of a set.
