These images demonstrated two different design approaches to illustrate Roald Dahl's books to different aged target markets. Above for an older reader the designer has taken a minimal approach with a 'sophisticated' colour palette. Below for the younger reader, this is designed to combined into one product of the penguin collection (almost like a toy).
